Bought pants and hoodie. The pants shrank after the first wash and they did not hesitated a second to send me a new pair without asking back for the original.
Excellent customer care and customer support, actually the best ever!

All I can say is the company out did themselves. Especially Yasmin the representative who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I truly commend the brand and their customer service was next level perfection !

I really like their quality and simplistic designs. A real competitor in everyday loungewear clothing. The fact that the material used is from recycled material really amazes me as well.
I had an issue with my last order but before I knew it a new pair of shorts were shipped free of charge. Customer service instantly replied and resolved the issue.

I purchased the 'jade green' sweatsuit and was a little worried it would be too green for an entire sweatsuit but it was honestly more beautiful in person than in the images! I was so happy with the color. The sweatsuit I received had slight discoloration spots, but as soon as I reached out to customer service, Alex helped me and sent me a new one within 24 hours! So impressed by the quality of their products and the fact that it is backed up by their amazing customer service will make me customer for life!

So pleased with the costumer service! Had some issues with colors on items in my order, and it all got sorted out within the following day :)
Very good quality on the fabric and definitely the oversized heavyweight look to it! 10/10 would recommend in combination with the brand´s mission!
